Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 can Rotel (10 oz)
  • 1 can pinto beans (16 oz)
  • 1 can black beans (15 oz)
  • 1 can kidney beans (16 oz)
  • 1 can corn kernels (drained)
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • Taco seasoning and ranch seasoning

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
  2. Add diced onion and cook for about 3-4 minutes until softened. Stir in minced garlic, salt, and pepper; cook for another minute.
  3. Mix in taco and ranch seasonings, then add beef broth, Rotel, pinto beans, black beans, kidney beans, and corn. Stir well.
  4. Cover and simmer on medium-low heat for about 30 minutes to meld flavors.
