- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 can Rotel (10 oz)
- 1 can pinto beans (16 oz)
- 1 can black beans (15 oz)
- 1 can kidney beans (16 oz)
- 1 can corn kernels (drained)
- 2 cups beef broth
- Taco seasoning and ranch seasoning
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
- Add diced onion and cook for about 3-4 minutes until softened. Stir in minced garlic, salt, and pepper; cook for another minute.
- Mix in taco and ranch seasonings, then add beef broth, Rotel, pinto beans, black beans, kidney beans, and corn. Stir well.
- Cover and simmer on medium-low heat for about 30 minutes to meld flavors.
