  • 1 small head of cabbage
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 1/2 large red onion
  • 4 T butter
  • Dried thyme to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh-ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat or oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Cut cabbage into bite-sized chunks, slice sausage into pieces, cut onion into thick slivers, and slice carrots into half-moons.
  3. Lay out four double sheets of heavy-duty foil and spray with non-stick spray.
