Ingredients
- 12 oz. polish sausage
- 1 small head of cabbage
- 2 medium carrots
- 1/2 large red onion
- 4 T butter
- Dried thyme to taste
- Salt to taste
- Fresh-ground black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat or oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Cut cabbage into bite-sized chunks, slice sausage into pieces, cut onion into thick slivers, and slice carrots into half-moons.
- Lay out four double sheets of heavy-duty foil and spray with non-stick spray.
- Divide veggies among the foil sheets, season with salt, pepper, thyme, and add butter.
- Place sausage slices on top of the vegetables.
- Wrap the foil tightly to seal each packet.
- Cook on the grill for 20-25 minutes or bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes, turning once halfway through.
