- 150g beef strips or steak, sliced
- 1 cup mashed potatoes (with butter and milk)
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup green beans
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: black sesame seeds or nutritional yeast for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the Beef: In a frying pan over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add beef strips and sliced green bell peppers. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper; sear until browned and tender.
- Make the Mash: Boil peeled potatoes in water until tender. Drain and mash with butter and milk until creamy; season to taste.
- Steam the Veggies: Steam sliced carrots and green beans until tender; season lightly.
- Assemble the Plate: Serve mashed potatoes topped with beef strips, accompanying veggies on the side, and garnish as desired.
