- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 12 oz linguine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Cajun seasoning to taste
Instructions
- Cook the linguine in a pot of boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add seasoned chicken strips and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Lower the heat and stir in heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a gentle simmer.
- Gradually add grated parmesan while stirring until melted and combined.
- Toss the drained linguine in the skillet with the sauce until well coated. Adjust seasoning if necessary before serving.
