  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp sesame oil or olive oil
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup zucchini, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tsp minced garlic

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions and keep warm.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add sesame oil and cook the ground beef until browned. Stir in soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. In another pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and all chopped vegetables, stir-frying for about 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp. Toss with soy sauce to coat evenly.
  4. Assemble your bowl by adding a scoop of rice topped with ground beef and a generous serving of stir-fried veggies.
