- 1 bag (12-ounce) butterscotch chips
Instructions
- In a Dutch oven over medium heat, combine peanut butter, corn syrup, and sugar. Stir continuously until smooth.
- Gradually mix in the crispy rice cereal until well-coated.
- Spread the mixture into three rectangles on parchment paper and let cool completely.
- Melt the chocolate and butterscotch chips in a microwaveable bowl, heating in 30-second intervals until fully melted.
- Pour the melted mixture over each rectangle and spread evenly.
- Roll each rectangle tightly from one edge to form pinwheels.
- Slice into half to one-inch thick pieces.
