- Grilled Sesame Chicken

- Toasted sliced almonds and roasted cashew halves for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in your favorite grilled sesame chicken recipe for flavor infusion.
- Prepare the sesame ginger dressing and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the green cabbage, red cabbage, green onion, cilantro, carrots, red bell pepper, and jalapeno.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until evenly coated. Cover and set aside.
- Grill or bake the marinated chicken until fully cooked.
- Assemble the salad on a platter, top with almonds and cashews, and serve immediately.
