  3. Divide shrimp evenly among foil packs, adding asparagus alongside.
  4. Drizzle each pack with vinegar, sprinkle with garlic and lemon zest, then season.
  5. Top with diced butter before sealing the packets tightly but leaving space for steam.
  6. Grill for 9 – 10 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque.
  7. Carefully unwrap packs and drizzle with lemon juice before garnishing with parsley.
