Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs large shrimp (21/25), peeled and deveined
- 1 lb medium-thickness asparagus
- 4 tsp minced garlic
- 6 Tbsp butter, diced
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar or chicken broth
- 1 1/2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (400 – 425°F).
- Cut four sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil (14×12 inches).
- Divide shrimp evenly among foil packs, adding asparagus alongside.
- Drizzle each pack with vinegar, sprinkle with garlic and lemon zest, then season.
- Top with diced butter before sealing the packets tightly but leaving space for steam.
- Grill for 9 – 10 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Carefully unwrap packs and drizzle with lemon juice before garnishing with parsley.
