  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon red apple vinegar

Instructions

  2. On a large platter or individual plates, create a bed of romaine lettuce.
