Ingredients
- 1 pound dried red beans
- 1 link turkey sausage (quartered)
- 2 links beef sausage (sliced)
- 1 yellow onion (diced)
- 1 rib celery (diced)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 3 bay leaves
- 6 cups water
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients by dicing the vegetables and slicing the sausages.
- Add all prepared ingredients into your slow cooker and stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on high for 6 hours until beans are tender.
- For creamier beans, mash some against the side of the pot before serving.
- Serve over cooked rice.
