Ingredients
- 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1 bunch cilantro (chopped)
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker evenly.
- Sprinkle chili powder, cumin, garlic salt, salt, and pepper over the chicken.
- Pour lime juice and add chopped cilantro on top.
- Pour tomato sauce over everything.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until tender.
- Shred the chicken with two forks and mix back into the sauce before serving.
