Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 pounds)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a small bowl and stir in garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker and pour the garlic butter mixture over them.
- Squeeze lemon juice on top for added brightness.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours until chicken is tender.
- Serve warm with additional garlic butter sauce and garnish with parsley.
