- Juice of 1 Lime

Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by chopping garlic and juicing lime.
- In the slow cooker, layer chicken at the bottom followed by corn, cream cheese, cotija cheese, garlic, lime juice, and spices.
- Stir gently to combine without shredding the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for about 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks and mix well before serving.
