  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapeños
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until well blended.
  3. In another bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and diced jalapeños until smooth.
  4. Press half of the meat mixture into a greased loaf pan or lined baking sheet.
  5. Spread the cheesy jalapeño mixture over the meat layer and top with the remaining meat mixture.
  6. Brush barbecue sauce over the top.
  7. Bake for about 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
