  • 2 tablespoons minced white onion (for lime butter)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice (for lime butter)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chili powder, cinnamon, brown sugar, cocoa powder, salt, black pepper, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar to create a seasoning paste. Generously coat the chicken pieces with the mixture.
