- 1/2 cup holiday sprinkles
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, butter, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually mix in the cake mix until a thick dough forms.
- Fold in the holiday sprinkles gently.
- Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes.
- Scoop out dough into 1½-inch balls, roll in powdered sugar, and place on baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are set but centers remain soft.
- Cool on wire racks before serving.
