- 0,5 Ampulle Vanillearoma
- 150 g Frozen raspberries
- 3 TL Puderzucker
- Spekulatius cookies
- Milk (for soaking)
Instructions
- Prepare the cream mixture by whipping together mascarpone, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Create the raspberry sauce by simmering frozen raspberries with powdered sugar until saucy.
- Assemble by dipping spekulatius cookies in milk and layering them with cream and raspberry sauce in a dish.
- Finish with crumbled spekulatius and fresh raspberries on top.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
