Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp with olive oil, taco seasoning, and cayenne pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat; cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
- In another bowl, mix diced mango, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper for the salsa.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave. Assemble tacos by placing shrimp on tortillas and topping with mango salsa.
- Serve immediately with optional toppings like avocado or sour cream.
