Ingredients
- 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 8 oz artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 12–14 wonton wrappers
- 1 tbs garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Press wonton wrappers into a muffin tin and lightly spray with cooking spray. Bake for 5 minutes until slightly crisped.
- In a mixing bowl, combine thawed spinach, chopped artichokes, mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Mix thoroughly.
- Remove the muffin tin from the oven and fill each wonton cup with the mixture.
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
