Ingredients

  • 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 8 oz artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1214 wonton wrappers
  • 1 tbs garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Press wonton wrappers into a muffin tin and lightly spray with cooking spray. Bake for 5 minutes until slightly crisped.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine thawed spinach, chopped artichokes, mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Remove the muffin tin from the oven and fill each wonton cup with the mixture.
  5. Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
