Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Toss potato wedges in olive oil, dried herbs, salt, and pepper; roast on a baking sheet for 25-30 minutes until golden.
- Season steak with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; cook steak for 3-5 minutes per side based on thickness. Let it rest before slicing.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. Cook over medium-low heat in a clean skillet, stirring gently until softly set. Mix in shredded cheddar until melted.
- Plate the sliced steak alongside cheesy scrambled eggs and roasted potatoes. Add avocado slices and top potatoes with cream cheese.
