Ingredients
- 2 cups uncooked rice
- 3 large chicken breasts
- 2 small heads of broccoli
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ½ cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2–3 tbsp water
- sesame seeds
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 2 tsp arrowroot powder
- 2 tbsp water (for slurry)
- ¼ cup rice vinegar
Instructions
- Rinse rice until water runs clear; cook with water in a saucepan until fluffy.
- In a mixing bowl, marinate chicken with olive oil and spices.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and cook chicken for 12-15 minutes.
- Whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, sriracha, sesame oil, ginger, and arrowroot slurry in a saucepan; heat until thickened.
- Assemble bowls with rice at the base, topped with broccoli and chicken drizzled in sticky sauce.
- Finish with spicy mayo drizzle and sesame seeds.
