Ingredients
- 1 box (15.25 oz) white cake mix
- 1 box (3 oz) sugar-free strawberry Jell-O
- 1 box (1 oz) sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
- 8 oz Cool Whip
- 1 ½ cups water
- 2 cups milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven as per the cake mix instructions and prepare the batter.
- Bake in a 9×13 inch pan until done, then cool slightly before poking holes across the surface.
- Dissolve strawberry Jell-O in boiling water, add cold water, then pour over the cooled cake.
- Refrigerate for 3–4 hours.
- Mix vanilla pudding with milk until soft set, then spread over the cake.
- Top with Cool Whip and garnish as desired.
