- 4 cups fresh strawberries (washed, hulled, and quartered)

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons corn starch
- 1 (3 oz.) box strawberry jello
- Whipped cream for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to pie crust instructions and bake until golden brown.
- Cool the crust before evenly adding quartered strawberries.
- In a saucepan, combine water, sugar, and corn starch; bring to a boil for 2 minutes.
- Stir in strawberry jello and simmer for 1 minute while whisking.
- Pour the jello mixture over the strawberries and refrigerate for about 2 hours until set.
- Serve chilled with whipped cream.
