Ingredients
- 3/4 cup crushed pretzel pieces
- 1/2 Tablespoon granulated sugar
- 4 Tablespoons melted unsalted butter
- 1 – 8 ounce package cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 Tablespoon vanilla bean paste
- 1 – 16 ounce container Cool Whip (thawed)
- 1 cup homemade strawberry pie filling
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by mixing crushed pretzels, sugar, and melted butter. Divide among jars.
- Create the filling by beating cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip gently.
- Layer the cheesecake filling on top of the pretzel crust in each jar.
- Top with homemade strawberry pie filling.
- Chill for at least one hour before serving. Optionally swirl extra Cool Whip on top and garnish with a mini pretzel.
