  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced and sautéed
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking sheet or loaf pan.
  2. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy; set aside. Sauté mushrooms in the leftover fat until browned.
  3. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until combined.
  4. Gently fold in half of the shredded Swiss cheese into the mixture.
  5. Shape into a loaf on the baking sheet and top with remaining cheese, sautéed mushrooms, and chopped turkey bacon.
  6. Bake for 45–55 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  7. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
