  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin (for salsa)
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil (for salsa)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste for salsa)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine shredded beef, mashed potatoes, diced tomato, chopped onion, jalapeno, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
