- 2 cups white whole wheat flour (or regular whole wheat flour or all-purpose flour)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350° F and prepare a 9×5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray and parchment paper.
- Melt the butter in a large bowl, then stir in honey and mashed bananas until well combined.
- Whisk in the eggs, followed by baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
- Gently fold in the flour using a rubber spatula until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 55–65 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
