- 800g ripe yellow peaches (peeled and sliced)
- 200g caster sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Slice the peaches into eighths and peel each slice.
- In a food processor, blend the peach slices with caster sugar until smooth.
- Add lemon juice to taste and blend until fully incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 6-7 hours or until firm.
