Ingredients
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 3 tbsp strong brewed coffee
- 3 tbsp vanilla protein powder
- 10 oz vanilla yogurt (or plant-based yogurt)
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl or serving container, whisk together chia seeds, milk, coffee, protein powder, and sweetener until well combined.
- Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least three hours or overnight until thickened.
- If using unsweetened yogurt, mix in sweetener to taste.
- Serve chilled pudding topped with yogurt and dusted with cocoa powder.
