- 200g block of feta cheese
- 140g drained jarred roasted red peppers
- 1–2 red chili peppers
- 1 ½ tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red apple vinegar
- 1 garlic clove
- Additional feta cheese for garnish
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Red pepper flakes for garnish
- Extra virgin olive oil for garnish
Instructions
- In a small food processor, combine feta cheese, drained roasted red peppers, olive oil, red apple vinegar, garlic, and one red chili pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste the dip and adjust the seasoning or spice level as desired by adding more chili.
- Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with additional feta cheese, chopped parsley, red pepper flakes, and a drizzle of olive oil.
