Ingredients
- 1 cup fat-free milk
- 1 cup non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp confectioners’ sugar
- ½ cup fresh raspberries
- ½ cup fresh blueberries
- 5 strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together fat-free milk, Greek yogurt, and confectioners’ sugar until smooth.
- Place 2 raspberries, an equal amount of blueberries, and two slices of strawberries into each popsicle mold.
- Pour the yogurt mixture over the fruit until molds are filled evenly.
- Tap molds gently to release air bubbles.
- Insert sticks and freeze for 6–8 hours or overnight.
- To serve, run molds under warm water briefly to ease removal.
