- 16 oz elbow noodles
- 3 cans (4 oz each) tuna in water
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup red onion
- 1.5 cups mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup milk
- Seasoning salt and sugar
Instructions
- Cook elbow noodles in salted water until al dente (about 15 minutes). Drain and rinse under cool water.
- In a large bowl, mix drained tuna, chopped eggs, diced onion, and defrosted peas.
- Add the cooled pasta to the mixture and stir gently.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, milk, seasoning salt, and sugar until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and stir until evenly coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to meld flavors.
