Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices cooked turkey bacon
- 4–5 fresh jalapeños
- 15 eggroll wrappers
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar. Stir in crumbled turkey bacon and chopped jalapeños; season with salt and pepper.
- Lay an eggroll wrapper on a clean surface. Spoon 2 tablespoons of filling onto the center. Moisten edges with water, fold bottom corner over filling, fold in sides, and roll tightly.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
- Fry eggrolls in batches for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Avoid overcrowding the pan.
- Drain excess oil on paper towels before serving.
