- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground sage
- 1 1/4 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, stuffing mix, eggs, salt, pepper, sage, and 1/4 cup of cranberry sauce.
- Mix until just combined; avoid overmixing.
- Line a loaf pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
- Transfer the mixture into the pan and smooth out evenly.
- Top with the remaining cranberry sauce.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest before slicing and serving.
