Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C) and spread cornmeal on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked (6-8 minutes per side). Allow to rest before shredding into bite-sized pieces.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired shape and transfer it to the prepared baking sheet or stone.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, followed by a generous layer of shredded mozzarella cheese, shredded chicken, and pickled jalapeños.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly. Serve hot.
