  • 4 ounces semi-sweet baking chocolate, chopped
  • 1 1/8 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
  • Sea salt, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flours, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a stand mixer, beat cold butter with both sugars until creamy. Add the cold egg and vanilla; mix until combined.
