- 1 head of green cabbage (finely shredded)

- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp celery seed
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, grated carrot, and sliced onion.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, celery seed, salt, and black pepper until blended.
- Pour half of the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss gently. Gradually add more dressing until desired flavor and consistency are achieved.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature, garnished with chopped parsley.
