Instructions
- Slice the mini cucumbers and bell peppers into thin circles.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced vegetables with chili crisp oil, Ginger Sesame Dressing, and Everything But The Bagel Seasoning.
- Toss gently until all ingredients are well-coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
