Ingredients
- 6 cups cubed seedless watermelon
- 4 cups cold water
- 3/4 cup fresh strained lemon juice
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
- Ice and fresh mint for serving
Instructions
- Puree the watermelon in a blender until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh strainer to remove pulp.
- In a large pitcher, whisk together cold water, fresh lemon juice, and sugar until sugar dissolves.
- Stir in the pureed watermelon. Optionally mix in ice and mint directly into servings.
- Serve over ice immediately or chill in the fridge before serving.
