Instructions
- In a food processor, combine feta cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes.
- Pulse until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides as needed.
- Taste and adjust flavors by adding more lemon juice or honey if desired.
- Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with parsley and drizzle with olive oil.
- Serve immediately with pita chips or fresh veggies.
