  • 2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat; drain excess fat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until translucent.
  2. Transfer the beef mixture to a slow cooker. Add diced potatoes, sliced carrots, and celery.
  3. Pour in broth and add thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours until vegetables are tender.
  5. In the last 20 minutes, stir in heavy cream and shredded cheddar cheese.
