Instructions
- Marinate the chicken by mixing lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add chicken breasts and let soak for 15-20 minutes.
- Prepare the salsa by dicing mangoes and avocados; mix them with chopped cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Cook the marinated chicken on a grill or skillet over medium-high heat for about 6-7 minutes per side until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest before slicing it thinly. Serve over mixed greens topped with mango-avocado salsa.
