- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar

- 2 cups shredded zucchini
- 6 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together the vegetable oil, sugar, and vanilla until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture; then fold in shredded zucchini until fully incorporated.
- Spread batter evenly in the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- For frosting, melt cocoa powder and butter; mix with powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Frost cooled brownies before cutting into squares.
