- 2 cups white candy melts
- 1 tablespoon refined coconut oil (optional)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- Red and blue gel food coloring
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, crumble the leftover cake and mix with frosting until it forms a dough-like consistency.
- Press the mixture into cakesicle molds, insert sticks, and freeze for about 30 minutes until solid.
- Melt white candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl; add coconut oil if desired.
- Dip each cakesicle into the melted coating, tapping off excess, then place on parchment paper.
- Mix powdered sugar with water for drizzle consistency; color with gel food coloring.
- Drizzle the colored icing over the cakesicles and let set before serving.
