Ingredients
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons ground beef rinds or almond flour
- 2 tablespoons shredded parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Place the sprouts sliced side down in the air fryer basket. Cook at 400°F for 7 minutes.
- Flip the Brussels sprouts over, remove any loose leaves, and sprinkle with beef rinds and parmesan cheese.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
