- 1 lb turkey cutlets
- 8 tablespoons spinach artichoke dip
Instructions
- Lay saran wrap on a counter. Place turkey cutlets on top and cover with another layer of saran wrap. Use a meat tenderizer to flatten the cutlets to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of spinach artichoke dip evenly across each cutlet. Carefully roll each cutlet tightly from one end to the other.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat. Cook the rolled turkey until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F, about 5-7 minutes per side.
