- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 cup neutral oil (e.g., canola or avocado)

Instructions
- In a skillet, cook ground beef until it loses its pink color. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add chopped onion and red bell pepper; sauté for about two minutes. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in spices and tomato paste, add water, cover, and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
- Warm tortillas using a tortilla warmer or microwave method.
- Assemble tacos by placing 3-4 tablespoons of the beef mixture in each tortilla and rolling them up securely.
- Fry tacos in heated oil for about three minutes on each side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
