Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel the pears, remove both ends, slice in half, and scoop out the core.
- Arrange the pear halves face down in a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix honey, cinnamon, coconut oil (or butter), and vanilla extract; microwave until melted.
- Drizzle the sauce over the pears.
- Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until tender and caramelized.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving warm.
