Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high indirect heat (approximately 375°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine your BBQ rub ingredients or use a pre-made rub.
- Rinse and pat dry the chicken, removing giblets if present.
- Pour out half of the beef broth can's contents and place the chicken upright over the can.
- Sprinkle seasoning inside the chicken cavity and under the skin to enhance flavor.
- Grill on indirect heat for about 1 hour 15 minutes, checking for an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Allow resting for 10 minutes before slicing.
