Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup soy sauce (reduced salt)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 bone-in beef chops
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together brown sugar, olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place the beef chops in a resealable zip lock bag or large bowl and pour the marinade over them.
- Seal the bag (removing excess air) or cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for maximum flavor.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium heat. Remove beef from marinade and discard excess marinade.
- Grill beef chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F. Allow them to rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.
